“If you have the courage to slow down, the noise
of the world begins to fade.

In that quiet space, the whispers from your soul can be heard—
gently guiding you back to what brings you joy, clarity,
and a deep sense of renewal.” ~Wendy

Yoga Lifestyle Master

I describe myself as a dreamer and a lover of life. I believe in miracles and divine transformation—not just because I’ve asked for them and received, but because I’ve witnessed them in the lives of my clients as well.

I am a wife, mother, sister, daughter—forever a student of life. I’m also a yoga teacher, healer, nonprofit director, and a serial entrepreneur devoted to the yoga lifestyle.

Yoga has been woven into the fabric of my life since I first stepped onto a mat in 2001. If you asked anyone who knows me to describe me, “yoga teacher” would surely be one of the first things they’d say.

Yoga flows through me like breath—so deeply woven into the fabric of my being that it needs no introduction. It is not merely a practice but the very pulse of who I am, threading through every moment and every connection I hold.

I believe in the renewal of the soul, awakened by the sacred wisdom passed from teacher to student across generations, and brought to life by living with the heart of yoga’s timeless ethics.

I believe in the healing power of non-judgment, mindful breath, flowing movement, and boundless compassion. I find restoration in art, in nature’s embrace, in savoring a good meal, and in the awe and wonder that come from journeying across the world. Most of all, I believe in the deep magic of diverse, meaningful human connections.

Hyppie Life is my creative “child,” inspiring others to revitalize their souls through a yoga lifestyle. I lead live-stream community yoga classes, global travel experiences, and soon-to-offer an online store to help people connect with the beauty within.

I also own and operate Whole Health Yoga (WHY) in the USA and Spain. WHY shares the physical, mental, and spiritual benefits of yoga through 1:1 therapeutic based sessions, small groups, and a 200-hour teacher training—available online and onsite at my home in the Sierra de Guadarrama, Spain.

Additionally, I direct Mindfulness Connection (501c3), a nonprofit blending my yoga background, advocacy passion, and public service education. We improve community health outcomes by educating medical professionals and providing equitable access to research-based mindfulness yoga programs that address community health needs.

I am committed to living a life I love and being of service to others.

I’ve discovered how to live a life I love.
